Sodium Intake

I just started my cycle of omnadren 250 and anadrol and I was just wondering if anyone has any info as to how much sodium a day I can take because I want to keep the bloat down as much as possible. My current stats are 180lbs 5'10". By the way I eat very clean all the time.

as a rule you should keep it very low..i dont know what the proper mg would be but do your best to avoid all foods high sodium....check those labels

That's what the RDA is I think, also the amount endorsed by the AHA.

So significantly less I would imagine.

I too am looking for the answer.
