I've got good size but need to cut up. I have the short stocking body type, if you know what i mean. My diet is excellent, with good results in fat loss.
What type of exercises should I be doing;
Light weight, high reps (fast or slow)
Heavy weight, low reps (fast or slow)
Not looking to put on much more muscle, just tighten and tone!
Please help out, I get contradictrary advice.
