light weights = toned

I've got good size but need to cut up. I have the short stocking body type, if you know what i mean. My diet is excellent, with good results in fat loss.

What type of exercises should I be doing;

Light weight, high reps (fast or slow)
Heavy weight, low reps (fast or slow)

Not looking to put on much more muscle, just tighten and tone!

Please help out, I get contradictrary advice.

just because your lowering the weights and increasing the reps doe NOT mean your decreasing your intensity. In fact, it often increases the intensity. Especially if you are supersetting.

If you want to get shredded and keep much of your muscle, I would suggest supersetting with at all three levels heavy, moderate, and light.
