If using GH on a 5 on, 2 off schedule, do you need to use it 5 days in a row then 2 off or just any 5 days in the week out of 7 maybe with breaks in between(say 3 on,1 off, 2 on, 1 off)?
Also, how would one take the GH if they trained on a 4 on, 1 off split? I mean obviously there would be some days in there when you were not training and sceduled to take your G postraining as well as in the am?
