Hi all, it's been a while since I posted on this topic, so haven't done my cycle yet as the supply of var feel thru!!!
Spewin but I took that as a sign that it wasn't the right time and decided to play with my diet and tweak my routine! Which I'm glad I did as Iv dropped my bf down some more to 11.5%!! Which I'm happy with, found a fresh source so hopefully this 1 won't fall thru!
At the end of the day there's no rush!
