I was thinking of throwing some creatine in my diet to see how i like it. Im currently running a test/tren/winny cycle. For supps i take protein,aminos,multi vitamin,and milk thistle. Would taking creatine be worth it or a waste of time?
The only reason i ask this is because a couple dudes i know at the gym say taking creatine when they are cycling makes a world of difference. Honestly i've always been skeptical of how effective creatine really is.
I also dont want it to take away from my vascularity by puffing me up like a blow fish.
