i had shoulder surgery a few days ago. its going to be several months before i can lift. when i start back what cycle do yall recomend.please support your recomendation through justification. thanks for your help!

i wouldnt start a cycle right away...but after a couple of weeks in the gym then i would hit a cycle like winny/deca/sus(or some other test)
