Wake 8am..... Checked out the options on VOD & did a 10 min Power Yoga class & a 20 min Pilates class -- Whew!! I'm sweating (but did them in my jammies!!)
 
Leg Day!!
Squats -- 1x10 @ 20 + bar; 1x10 @ 40 + bar, 1x12 @ 40 + bar weight
SLDL -- 3x10 @ 40 + bar weight
Leg Press -- 3x10 @ 90
Seated Calf Raise --4x15@120
Glute Press -- 3x10@50
Leg Curls -- 3x10@70
Leg Extensions -- 3x10@60



Squats and leg press are basically the same movemnt in light of all the other glut/ham stuff you have in here

stiff deads and leg curls - basically the sme target area


OR


split hams and quads up

M1 9:45am
1 egg yolk, 4 egg white, some leftover peppers & onions, 1 slice FF cheese
1 Turkey patty

Errands -- 1 Large Dunkin Donuts coffee with Skim Milk & 5 Splendas
(I'm guessing on 1/2 cup of skim milk for the coffee)

M2 12:45pm
4 oz COS salmon in the pouch, 3 slice pickle, ~ 1oz chopped celery
1 tblsp Wasabi Mayo, 1/2 Carbdown Flatbread
1 Calcium Chew

3pm -- 14 minute BootCamp class + 10 minute Cardio Kickboxing Class on VOD

M3 3:30 pm
1 scoop Protein Powder in water + 1/2 cup skim milk

M4 6:00 pm
5 oz steak, onions sauteed in olive oil, Bird's Eye Broccoli blend with added broccoli

7pm -- a 1/4 oz piece of dark chocolate.....

Before bed (~9:30 pm): 1 packet peanuts (1.75 oz)

Totals: 1613 cals, 81g fat (18g sat, 14g poly, 37g mono), 71g carb, 17g fiber, 161g protein

It was all I could do to get out of bed this morning..... Ugh!! I feel exhausted!!

Good thing I have a rope hanging from the ceiling I can use to pull myself out of bed....... j/k

Methinks my carbs are too low...... ;)

Well I don't have an official "carb-up" day........ Remember last week when I was on vacation?? I was as careful with my diet as I could be, but had drinks (lots!) & dessert when offered. Meals were as clean as they could be, considering the meals were provided & either sit down or buffet.

So I would say, last week..........
 
try to make it until Fridy at dinner - and be selective until sat night.

Dragged myself out of bed around 8:15 am.....

M1
2 mugs coffee + 5 tblsp FF 1/2 & 1/2 + Splenda
3oz steak, 2 whole eggs + 2 whites, 1 tblsp ketchup
1/3 cup dry oats with cinnamon, nutmeg & Splenda
1 Glass Crystal Light Sunrise
