Jenscats 2005

Thought about some things today:

From skiing in December I hurt my knee, and it still hurts. I'm going to call a sports med dr. tomorrow & see if I can get an appt.

Started taking my glucosamine & chondroiten meds again yesterday -- keep forgetting.

After my "vacation" last week -- and my pedicure beforehand & massage there -- I need to do both at least 1x per month.....my feet & bod take a beating & I felt a lot better after the massage.... plus without a pedicure, my toenails just hurt from running...

Oh and I need to get some pics posted.....

2 slices Arnold Low Carb Bread, 4oz tuna, 5 slice pickle, 1 tblsp Wasabi Mayo

Calcium Chew

Got an appt. with a Sports Med Dr. for Friday at 1:00pm....

Spent the day Sooper-Dooper cleaning the kitchen & bathroom....Whew!! Should've worn my HR monitor to see how many cals I'd burned....

Protein Shake - 1 scoop PP + 1/2 tsp Instant espresso powder + water + 2 tblsp FF 1/2 & 1/2 + Flax Oil

Squats -- 1x10 @ 20 + bar; 1x10 @ 40 + bar, 1x12 @ 40 + bar weight
SLDL -- 3x10 @ 40 + bar weight
Leg Press -- 3x10 @ 90
Seated Calf Raise --4x15@120
Glute Press -- 3x10@50
Leg Curls -- 3x10@70
Leg Extensions -- 3x10@60

Keeping it light due to my knee issue.... Walked home

M4 8:30 pm
5 1/2 oz chicken breast "piccatta style" [see recipe thread]
2 oz. dry WW noodles
1 cup Broccoli/Onion/Green Bean/Pepper veggie mixture
1 glass Crystal light pink lemonade

Totals: 1581 cals, 47g fat (7g sat, 10g poly, 18g mono), 135g carb, 20g fiber, 156g protein

Pretty good today I think..... I need coffee tomorrow....desperately!!

you have some redundant stuff in there you could cut out

23 sets is INSANELY too many sets
