What kind of work do you do on the other 3 days a week the way i understand it its 30 min accessory work to raise GPP

Just depend on what you lack in. Base your gpp work on what you need to improve most then add in other stuff as necessary. If you have weak ass hams don't spend all your gpp time doing sledgehammer swings or shoulder presses. Do sled drags and ghr work then add in stuff you want.
