traps.. when to work them??

i've ben doing em with back lately, deads hit em hard

they also get worked on shoulder day, with upright rows

and sometimes on leg day if i do bb hacks

i prefer never to train traps directly, they already dominate my physique and are the fastest growing muscle i have

I do 'em with back..I only do 3 sets of BB rows so it's not too bad

I do mine at the end of shoulders once a week

been training em with back but usually not if I have done deads (do deads biweekly)...deads rape my back so I can't do traps with shrugs and give them the attention and effort necessary...
