i'm not going to ask you guys to make me a full training routine. i just need a little help on a new split and number of sets!
the thing is i'm tired of my old classic routine. i'm doing:
mon: chest/abs
tue: back
wed: legs/calf
thur: tris/shoulder
friday: bis/abs
i'd like to step up on my training. i feel like i'm not groing anymore.
what split you guys recommend? and for that split, how many sets for each day. for example: if you recomend working out chest/tris on monday, 16 sets for chest and 12 sets for tris. understood?
