this was from 2 years ago, i didnt allow myself to get too big because fiance didnt know that i juice.this is also before gyno surgery.stats in pic are 5-6 160 pounds bodyfat not sure.currently i was up too 208 untill i started dieting.now im around 200 pounds.i will post current picture in month or two

ive been bodybuilding for seven years so i know how to diet and exercise.im also a certified personal trainer and mt so i have a backround in anatomy and physiology.if she would of knew earlier i would be alot heavier then 40 pounds.
