Hams,Calves,Quads--All in 1 Day

Is it alrite to do ur whole lower body in one day instead of splitting it up like quads and calves one day hams and calves the other day?

Everyone has a different opinion, but I just do a leg day. Hit them all in one day
 
I often find that exercises which are meant to be quad exercises hit my hams so you might as well hit them all together. Just do full, deep squats, you can't go wrong: they'll hit hams, calves, hips and quads.
