figuring out proper training for lat width

Hi, I need to develop my stalled lats , my over all muscle is looking but lats are giving me a hard time, I will start training Weighted Chin Ups, I haven't done this routine before and I need your advice on how many days a week and reps I need to do, thank you.

The best exercise for lat width is the weighted wide grip chin up. Make sure to use proper form with NO momentum. That's the #1 mistake people make. They are swinging with their legs and letting the momentum do the work.

For people with lagging backs, I recommend training back twice per week. On the first back workout, focus on back thickness with things like rows, deadlifts etc. On the second back workout, focus on back width with things like pull downs and chin ups.

I think you have the right idea by doing something you have not been doing. You might just need to switch up your routine.
