A. Are low reps with more weight or higher reps with lower reps better for fat loss?
B. I have a male client who wants to decrease his leg size because he feels they are too large. Besides lowering bodyfat as a whole, are there any exercises that can make his legs smaller? Also, what would be the best rep scheme to make the legs smaller?

make legs smaller???.....as in lose muscle mass? umm....keep him in a catabolic state, dont let him eat protein, make him run 25 miles a day, stay 4 hours in the gym each day doing only squats....he should reach his goals....
 
weird ass questions.

if you want to lose leg size, then lose bodyfat...since your name is clenkid, ill assume you know about fatloss....

your best "rep scheme" is to do a shitload of cardio... keep in mind though that to lose leg size will also mean you will lose size on the rest of your body in proportion to the mass you lose on your legs....
