Deadlifts necessary in a 4-day split

Excerpt: Right now I do a 4 day split with try and learn both on these forums but also a magazines that I read. Yes believe it or not I still read bodybuilding magazines haha. it's a push pull legs arms. and I do them at around 80%. do you think that deadlift should be incorporated in this and if yes which day should I add them?

    Deadlifts necessary in a 4-day split

    Right now I do a 4 day split with try and learn both on these forums but also a magazines that I read. Yes believe it or not I still read bodybuilding magazines haha. it's a push pull legs arms. and I do them at around 80%. do you think that deadlift should be incorporated in this and if yes which day should I add them?

    I suggest deadlifts and squats at least 2 times per week, deads are essential for growth

    necessary? of course not. no lift is necessary. but deadlifts are one of the best lifts you can do

    deadlifts and squats .. can b done 2 to 3 times a week .. focus on your diet too ..

    bro I like to deadlift once every 2 weeks. got a nice platform on tanker to hit it. boss kool with slammin weights
