well if your goal is fat loss ... ud do a higher rep range ... burn more calories, harder physique, almost cardio-like workout


thats true

however i think if you just increased the intensity, 30-45 seconds between each lift, and did rep ranges of 10-12 so you would still build muscle, that would be best.
