so why blow it during during PCT? I'm talking about cortisol spikes after cycle.. while you are on AAS cortisol is blocked but it doesn't mean it doesn't accumulate when on.. but when you come off its a whole different animal and its free to attach to the anabolic receptors. cortisol is very CATABOLIC... stress is one of the emotions that cause cortisol spikes, we all know that. so yes keep your stress and anger under wraps but you can also take vitamin C after your workouts to keep cortisol in check. I recommend 1000mg's after a workout, if you buy vitamin C tabs make sure they are the good stuff and are the entire vitamin C complex.

you can get them from whole foods as well. bell peppers (you might look funny leaving the gym eating one lol), black currants, guava, kiwi, and of course dark green veggies like kale/brocolli

Ester C absorbs 400% faster than regular Vit C. It positively impacts the uptake and the retention of vit c in cells (cell repair).It also circulates in your system longer because it has an ester attached to it.... ESTER-C is the better choice.
