You guys weren't kidding about sust pain!

Man, this sust is some painful stuff. I've just taken my second shot. The first was on sunday in the right quad. The injection went good, no blood, didn't hurt at all going in. Had some joint pain in my hip later that night, but nothing major. It hurts like hell now though. Feels like i've been hit in the leg with a bat. The worste pain isn't even where the shot was. its about 5 inches north. Anyhow, no pain no gain, just felt like posting my expirences. This is my first sust cycle. How long can I expect this kind of pain? Not with every shot I hope. The second shot doesn't hurt, but then again, the first didn't on the first day either.

when you put the sust in the syringe, run warm water over it or put your amps in warm water for a few minutes before withdrawing it, always helped me.

I can hardly wait for the flu, I count the days. I ran my syringe under hot water for a long time. Plus I'm mixing it with Ttokkyo eq, so I was hoping it wouldn't be bad, I guessed wrong.

Its my seventh week on ttokkyo sust and ttokkyo deca.... Yesterday I used a 1.5 inch in the left glute.... And man does it hurt today... I can barely sit on my ass.... Feels like I got ass punched in the left glute.... You just get used to the pain though...
You know its real if it stings

I couldn't walk after my first quad shot of omna. I think I was shooting too close to the center of my thigh, though. Ever since I've been careful to shoot well over to the side and it has been painless (mixing with deca).

As far as the sust flu,I've had it twice.......its ruff,hard to get to the gym when its kickin your ass.

Used some TT cyp last cycle, shot sites are sore like sust, but didn't have the flu,this time.

u better start takin a whole lotta Vitamin C, and start mixing something with ur sustanon, get some EQ, u cant go wrong wit EQ.

i agree wit no pain no gain, but sometimes the pain keeps u from gaining, for the first 2-3 weeks of my cycle, i was barely able to focus, but by week 4, i somehow gained 7 pounds

yeah, but it doesnt get much better. i took sust alone for 3 weeks, and the pain only changes now nad than, doesnt get better
also DO NOT SHOOT IN UR QUAD, i personally think right after the nutsack thas the worse place to shoot sustanon in
shoot in ur glute. isnt it better to break a fall wit ur ass rather than ur quads?

i never got why people say sus shots hurt. i never had a problem with it. then again, i never had a problem doing winny shots too. i love needles and shots. the more the better. haha

i just did my first ttokkyo sust injection3 days ago and no pain whatsoever. its lot #009.

I had my first Sust shot into my butt on Friday. On Saturday / Sunday I couldn't walk properly or sit down without pain. I climbed into a hot bath on Sunday night, and spent 15-20 minutes messaging the area of my butt cheek that was sore. Monday morning the pain was 60% gone. This might help you as well.

Another thing. I wouldn't suggest running hot water over any of your gear as high temperature could 'damage' it. The best thing to do is to place the ampule or bottle under your armpit for a few minutes. This will warm the oil i.e. get it up to body temp. Learn't that from a nurse.
