Yohimbine HCL for chest fat removal

lungofiron

New member
I have some stubborn fat on my chest area which just will not move, no matter what i do. It's not tissue, (i've had a scan), it's pure fat. It just looks like a highly unproportionate amount of fat on my chest area. It's ruined my life for the past 6 years now. I've been to a few doctors, and i'm about to go to one to enquire about surgery. I wanted to find out about this before i try it, under the next doctor's supervision.

I've read about this substance in the thread by macro. I've also heard from somebody that it gives terrible headaches, jitters, and difficulty in sleeping. Has anybody had any good results with it? I'm at a lose end now. Or is there anything else you would recommend me trying? I would post i pic so you can see the problem but i mean no means of doing so.

Thanks.

i'd like to know, too. i'm also curious to know where you can get yohimbine hcl. it's not the same stuff as yohimbe extract, right?

lungsofiron,

With topical use there is very limited stimulation, it is an ideal supplement to use to help get rid of chest fat (which is almost certainly estrogenic in origin.)

Of course excerisce and diet will affect how effective it is... the yohimbine increases metaolism slightly- the main effect that it has is to allow you to use "stubborn"/estrogenic fat for fuel- which because of norepinephrine downregulation (which yohimbine stops by blocking A2) would be very difficult without the use of yohimbine.

cable,

it is not the same as yohimbe
while yohimbe does contain yohimbine (the amount is usually 2%) IT ALSO CONTAINS MANY HARMFUL ALKALOIDS. It is a very poor substitue for yohimbine hcl (which is a pure pharmaceutical).

btw- yohimbe is NOT at ALL suitable for topical use, though it can be used orally- though with some caution

If you actually read Macros great post on it you wouldnt be asking where to get it since it was mentioned a half dozen times within the thread. As for it being the same as yohimbe, no its not the same.

I'm a bit confused as to the difference between these products, but i'm assuming that the Yohimburn one is the one that you can apply to specific areas, so that one would be the best for me, right? Or would i need Yohimburn and Yohimbine ?

Also, is it possible to get it shipped to the UK without any problems? I mean, it is legal right?

A few more questions...

If i get the standard Yohimbine HCL power, are instructions inlcuded on how to apply it to specific areas instead of oral ingestion? Would the Yohumburn be better for me?

When i stop using it, is that it? I mean, the fat loss is perminent isn't it?

lungsofiron,

YOHIMBURN is a premix

of yohimbine hcl powder

and

topical delivery solution

the yohimburn is LEGAL in the UK
the topical is LEGAL
the powder (by itself) is grey, I am not sure of the exact provisions but it is most likely deemed legal (especially if sent with topical solution)

BTW- you would want the yohimburn or the powder with solution (or you could make your own- premade solution would be easier and most likely more effective)

Macro, thanks very much for all your help!

So the yohimburn would be more effective at targeted fat loss than the power with solution? If so, i'll order some tomorrow.

Just to be sure, there's no chance that this could alter my estrogen or testosterone levels is there? I don't want to develop hard tissue gynecomastia!

Are the results perminent? I mean, is it likely i will get another buildup of fat in that area if i stop using it? So what it is effectively doing is destroying the stubborn fat cells themselves so they cannot fill up with fat anymore?

I'm also wondering if one bottle is enough. I'll only be treating my chest, but i have quite a bit of fat stored in there.

Once again, many thanks.

some of the fat may return (if you eat excess calories).

but it may be LESS likely to return in those areas (but you may need to minimize estrogen- which is the cause of the fat storage in the first place)

Well, it's ordered. If i'm only going to be treating my chest, what would your application/dosage recommendations be? What would be an optimal routine?

lungsofiron,

dosage is individual, start out with one dose (1/4 pippete), and work you way up to what you feel comfortable with- this varies so much it is really unrealistic to give you a dosage.

you can use it every day, it should used twice a day- though you want to focus on your chest it would be MORE advantageous to use it once on chest and once on another body part with stubborn fat.

with higher doses 3-4days on 1-2 days off is a good pattern- but some people use it every day with good result and no adverse effect- just really depends on you.

peace

I think i'll just focus on my chest only, since that's the only part i'm bothered about. I think i'll do 2 days on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off, until i run out of it, with one application per day.

make sure to be dieting while using it. I tried it while on high cals, and it really doesn't do much. When I started dieting and using more thermos though it actually did seem to work real well. While I still have the tissue lumps, there is excess fat there so it really isn't noticible. I used it in the morning, pre-workout and before going to sleep. You really don't need much if you rub it in well.

I have the same problem with those damn fat deposit. Was just having this conversation about a month ago on Anabolic Review. I was told to check out Macro's post on yohimbine hcl on the E.F. site. Bro your post was on yohimbine hcl is pretty much perfect and will answer most questions. Anyone who still has questions should read it Thoroughly. Thanks Macro for a great post it has been extremely helpful. Haven't tried the yohimbine hcl yet. I did ordered it though. Looking forward to seeing if it work as well as Ive read. The thread title is "YOHIMBINE tips and tricks- V.2" look it up if you haven't yet. Thanks again Macro ;)

Just started my bottle. Got it in the mail in like two days. Too early to post results but I'll let you know. I've got that damn chest fat problem too.

An additional benefit of topical yohimbine use (especially with a menthol carrier or peppermint as in yohimburn) if you have large or "soft" nipples (which is what most who have chest fat are trying to get rid of) it will shink/"harden" nipples temporarily. While this effect is mostly cosmetic it is a beneficial one to many.

lawnsaver,

not the biggest fan of lipoburn- for several reasons (though mostly because of the low levels of active ingredients)- using them together should be fine (the lipoburn, though way overpriced and underdosed, for what you get should not go to waste)

+ not entirely convinced of the coleous forksolli- it needs to be micronized and from what I have seen it is not.

Hey mac...I've got that kind of fat on my chest in the nipple area that makes them puffy, but when pumped or in cold air look normal...there's no lumps...can yohimburn be applied directly onto the nipples and when you say temporary, if the puffy nips are due to fat buildup under them, and you use yohimburn to help get rid of it, won't it be more/less permanent, as long as you stay fairly lean?

Thanx

marx,

I would say that in most cases that would be a fair assessment of the results. though avoiding excess estrogen would also be important(how important will depend on you) (even though the tissue is not gyno it is estrogenic tissue). zinc, adequate water and arimidex (when on cycle) are important tools to minimize estrogen(alcohol and weed are not a good idea, though the zinc and adequate water help even with them)

Thanks mac, i'm going to give it a try...

Although, AF says they don't ship to Canada anymore...

Anywhere else to get it?

I believe that is just the powder, They should still ship the yohimburn(as far as I know topicals are ok its the powder that they(customs) see with abuse potential)

Macro,

1) What is the advantage of missing days during the topical application cycle (TAC - an acronym i just made up :))? Does it give the skin a chance to heal, or is it just more efficient that way?

2) How soon after application is it safe to put my t-shirt back on, and also excercise? The t-shirt might absorb some, and the sweat from excercise might wash it off.

3) Also, is 1/4 pipette too much for each pec?

1. helps with water retention and systemic build up- if these are not a problem for you then days off are not necessary

2. 5min should be fine, if rubbed in well- otherwise 10min

3. dosage is individual you really should try different dosages to find whats most effective/comfortable with you

with higher dosages per question 1 most people need to take days off

When you say water retention, do you mean, like test water retention? As in, will my face get bloated (though I know it wouldn't be to the degree of D-bol or test)? Peace. :alien:

mike,

It really varies- though facial water retention, if any is minimal and seems to be very uncommon. Water retention is NOT similar to test and is mostly just Sub Q water- "skin will seem thicker and a LITTLE softer", though even this varies. Some get NO water or water loss, especially at lower dosages- amount of cardio and elecrolyte intake will have a lot of effect on water retention (cardio and beneficial pottasium to sodium ratio (more K+) will keep water retention to a minimum (for most- it does vary))

Macro or anybody,
1. Can this stuff be applied DIRECTLY on the nipple?
yes, it can be applied directly to nipple
2. Wouldnt that irritate this sensitive area?
it can irritate- just depends on individual sensitivity- the aloe and glycerin are soothing agents
3. How long can you stay on it?
depends- but a 2-3wk break every 8 weeks is reccomended. also with higher doses 3-4days on 1-2 off
4. Also, about how long will it take to start seeing results (with the proper cardio and dieting) if already moderately lean?
time to results will vary- though usually 1-2wks for noticable results, but it really depends.. diet, exercise, how much A2 fat, etc
How long for the nipple hardening effect?

temporary effect IMMEADIATELY- for permanent - when the fat is gone or reduced...

Barnidge,

I think that they all stack well. in fact, IMHO, one would be best off rotating them every 2-3weeks.

keep in mind that stacking may necessitate dropping your traditional dosages of the separate components. Though in some cases No drop may be neceesary. for instance maybe you take 6 clen a day instead of 8, but perhaps your NYC dosage is the same as always.

Up until a couple of months ago there was a decent amount of fat concentrated in my chest, especially around the nipples. My DOC said that it was from puberty... no shit. They were not quite cone nipples but they were bad as far as I was concerned. Until I used yohimbine topically I could not get rid of this damn awful looking fat. After a month of using yohimbine with aloe and aspercreme my nipples were NORMAL. It was pretty cool, but after my chest improved I realized that it was not the only fatty area that needed work. So in light of my "new" problems I have been using the yohimburn on the area where my lovehandles and lower abs for the last 5 days and am already starting to see some results. I cant tell at this point if it is more effective but it certainly smells nicer. Last time I used yohimbine everybody thought i was constantly injured, Guess the smell of menthol gives that impression.

What kind of fat loss can I expect on lower abs and love handles? are there usually more or less of these A2's there?

thanks for any replies

Rippedforce50,

considering the decription of your fatty storage patterns, ie.. previously having considerable chest fat with concentrations around the nipple, it is likely to have similar effect.

If you have cycled or intend to in the future you should strongly consider the use of an aromatase inhibitor.

re: nipple application

i can warn ya'll, from personal experience, to apply carefully around the nips if u ar pierced there.

i slathered too much on one night, on my jewelry also. the jewelry rotated during the night and i woke up form a vivid nightmare of nipple suspension.

If I understand correctly, you do not want to put it on too many areas - because it is allowing particular areas to lose fat more easily, and to put it on too many places would thereby nullify the entire point...

So does this mean that if I put some on my nipples, around the bottom of the chest, on my love handles, and on lower abs....

Is this too many places to be really effective???

BUMP

Thanks for the reply Ulter. Somehow I dont think that the bottle will last me that long, but I am applying about a 1/2 and a 1/4 (it is hard to get three quarters in there) pippette three times a day.

ive used yohimbine HCL........Ulters brand at anabolicfitness.net with excellent results........

followed the advice of macro and really turned-up the thermogenics..........you wont be dissapointed

Macro, should you pick 1 site per day and rotate? Abs 1 day, love handles day 2, chest day 3, then repeat. Or can I hit all three spots in 1 day?

Lawnsaver,

its really a matter of preference- either way is fine-

What I was saying was,is it overkill? Can your body handle it all? Will the activation of all those A2 receptors be too much?

Depends on individual tolerance- though it is not so much the number of sites used as amount of yohimbine total- both per app and per day.

for instance 40-60mg per app may be well tolerated but if you apply that amount 3 times during the day it may be too much (systemic buildup)- whereas with twice daily app(even at a slightly higher dose) maybe no problem at all

Just wanted to give an update. I have been using yohimburn for about two and a half weeks. This is the second time using yohimbine. The first was with the aspercreme and aloe on my chest. I got great results, but it was mostly "nipple" fat so I guess I expected it. See the post above for the details.

This time I am using the yohimburn on my abs and love handles. I have to say that I am pretty impressed so far. I do get a little bloated after being on for a day, but on the days off I am seeing major improvements. I have lost about 4lbs and about an inch and a half off my waist. I will let you know the final results in a couple weeks.

First of all, the stuff looks like sperm. Secondly, does anyone get drowsy after using it? Is it just me? Other than that, it definitely helps.

common side effect.. if you do something active it wont happen (in fact you will be energized).. but if you are sitting or laying around after application it does.. though not to everyone

Is the water retention you speak of a side effect that will dissappear on the days you take off? Will it dissappear after you use the product for 6 weeks and take a little time off? How long will you hold this sub-q water, and if you're holding water, how will you notice the fat loss results?

if using a 3-5on 1-2 off pattern you will see water retention subside on days off. for some it will take 2 full days for water to subside.

if taking everyday for 6weeks (or even using on/off pattern with higher dosages) it can take up to two weeks for water to completely subside (though most usually have no retention by one week)

fat loss is noticable..though some people will hold an inordinate amount of water..these people SHOULD take days off, otherwise it can be "mentally" defeating...

would spraying on some DMSO before the application help any?
I remember someone saying that the DMSO would make it work better.

NO.. DMSO was reccomended by duchaine back in the old days unfortunately it is not good for yohimbine admin... though it is OK for hormones (though there are better options)-- the advantage to DMSO is that it allows VERY large molecues to pass through the skin.. it is not needed for yohimbine hcl.

NOTE- FOR THOSE USING TOPICAL YOHIMBINE OR YOHIMBURN...

REDUCTION OF CHEST FAT- WORKS IN ALMOST ALL CASES- usually quite quickly...

REDUCTION OF NIPPLE PUFFYNESS- VARIES... this may require greater time and exposure to reduce or alternative/adjunctive treatment.. though many see good results in reduction of puffyness... just and FYI :)

NOTE- diet is helpful... use during bulking cycle may reduce fat deposition.. but for best results :) :) use when cutting
