I've just been reading through all of the threads about YES and Trex. I just placed an order for Trex, Glucorell-R, Sesapure and YES and I have a few questions.
I'm currently at about 21% BF and working toward a goal of 15% with a deadline of 3/2007. I'm 41 y/o, 168 lbs, I diet (about 1400-1600/cals/day at 45% protein, 25% fat and 30% carbs) and I work out 4 x week with weights and HIIT cardio. I've actually lost 65 lbs and 20% BF since 1/2006 so I've been at it a while.
My questions are:
1. Can I start using YES on my abs and thighs now or should I wait until I am at a lower BF%?
2. Since my diet is already pretty low in carbs and fat will I see a benefit from the Sesapure and Glucorell-R?
3. I plan on taking my Trex with my pre-workout fuel of NOXplode (approx 150 mg potassium) and 1/2 Advantage Matrix Protein shake (230 mg of potassium). Do you think that will be enough to keep me from feeling nauseous if I get a little nauseous from vitamins on an empty stomach?
Thanks!
