My schedule only permits me to to lift early moring.
I lift 4 days a week and do morning cardio on off days. I'd like to start using Xenadrine and was wondering what you all would recommend as far as taking it before a 6am workout.
Or should I wait till after my workout / before I eat.
I work out at 6am and eat my first meal around 8am.
