so i am 12 days into prop 100mg eod. and 1.5 weeks into Test E & EQ.
I noticed this morning i'm gettin some face bloat. It cant be from the E allready can it? Its my first run of prop so I wouldnt know if its that.
Diet maybe? I drink 1-1.5 gal h2o daily. Try to get my cals around 4000 but even that is a pain in the ass. I throw in alot of whole grain bread to help get the cals up there. is it the carbs? I have not been doing as much cardio in the last week as I like. only 15 intense minutes a day lately. as opposed to 40-60 min. I'm sure more cardio will help. upping the time tomorrow.
