WTF with the bloat face allready?

so i am 12 days into prop 100mg eod. and 1.5 weeks into Test E & EQ.
I noticed this morning i'm gettin some face bloat. It cant be from the E allready can it? Its my first run of prop so I wouldnt know if its that.
Diet maybe? I drink 1-1.5 gal h2o daily. Try to get my cals around 4000 but even that is a pain in the ass. I throw in alot of whole grain bread to help get the cals up there. is it the carbs? I have not been doing as much cardio in the last week as I like. only 15 intense minutes a day lately. as opposed to 40-60 min. I'm sure more cardio will help. upping the time tomorrow.
 
I had a buddy that ran EQ and his face around the cheek area just blew up. wouldnt think its the prop. but maybe a lil of both the test-e and eq. watch your sodium too.

The water will help keep the bloat down!!! What about AI's, are you taking anthing there? I agree with bigtravis watch the sodium intake. I would also reccomend reading up on proviron I love that as a good estrogen blocker.

DAMN. didnt think about proviron. good job. its a cure all.
it cures colds, moles sore assholes, saggy tits, zits, sneezes, weeses, vanerial deseases, and bloated faces.

I am not taking an AI right now. If I added one it would be aromasin. Maybe 12.5mg e3d. I have never had any gyno issues so I didnt start taking it at the beginning of my cycle. I think I am going to get the cardio up to 45min ED starting tomorrow like I wanted to and see if that helps before I start the AI.

I agree the sodium could be the culpert, also drink at least a gallon of water per day, the body retains water if it doesn't get enough.
With Test E i would have an AI on the side

well my bet is on the sodium. HOLY FUCK!!! I just went through todays meals and did a tally on sodium. 2914mg !!!!!
the biggest culprit is the whole grain bread. The shit is 200mg a goddamn slice!!! which wouldnt be that bad but I had 7 slices so thats 1400mg.

OATS OATS AND MORE OATS DUDE. Put them in the blender with your shakes. Makes it easier to consume.

Yeah bro I know. I got a cupboard full of oats. I was mixing 1 cup with my shakes. but the new flavor of protien I got makes it weird tasting. so i was trying to come up with another way to consume oats that isnt a pain in the ass. I have to suck it up and ditch the bread. I know.
And I'm not much for Bobby Boucher's mom, but I'd like to eat me some Vicky Valencourt:heart::D

you can also blend oats and eggwhites together. then make an omelet and add fruit to it.

yeah, thats why i have a problem:D I dont eat eggs, fruit or veggies. sweet potatoes/yams make me gag too. I'm stuck with Oats, whole grain bread, white potatoes, Brown rice, chicken, albacore, salmon, beef, ground turkey and shakes.
