actually, I think if you use firefox there is a plug in you can download that will allow you to save videos off facebook so you can upload them to youtube.

Yeah, I've already got it....tried to DL a vid but it was giving me issues about conversion or something. I'll try again later.

On your own videos on FB, there's a link underneath "Edit This Video" and "Delete Video" that says "Embed Video" and gives you a link & some html. You could maybe just ask your friend for that link to post it here or elsewhere.
