Monday: 4pm chest, 7pm martial arts training for 2.5 hrs

Tuesday: Back and rear delts

Wednesday: 4pm Quads & hams, 7pm martial arts training for 2.5hrs

Thursday: Shoulders & Triceps

Friday: Calves & Biceps

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: Rest

If I followed this training split would I be over training?

I know where you are coming from, I too have studied marital arts and lifted at the same time. You did not specify which martial art you do, because it does make a difference.

I would do one body part (preferrably upper) on your martial arts days and then train the lower body and other parts on your non-martial arts days. You might consider picking up Saturday as a workout day and leaving Sunday as your day off.

The main thing is just listen to your body, if your lifts start suffering and you feel run down, your overtraining.
