Yeah, I'm kind of getting tired of the same old workout routine and would like to spice it up a bit. I prefer a 4 day workout plan cause I don't like to workout on Fridays cause I go home on the weekends. (in college)
right now this is how my training split is:
Monday- Chest,forearms,abs
Tuesday- Biceps,Back
Wednesday- Triceps,shoulders,abs
Thursday- Legs
Friday, Saturday, Sunday- off
I've tried to read up on that 5x5 workout, but I can't find like a basic layout of it. Any help would be much appreciated
