I'm just mainatining my bodyfat levels at the moment. Not too fussed with it at present. I could probably lose 15lbs of fat. But I intend to get way stronger and more explosive than I currently am

I won't be dieting to lose fat, just good old sprint intervals.
Your way leaner than me. I don't think you need to get any leaner, but the choice is yours.
