So, was planning on starting my cycle come March 1st. I am on supervised probation, and have to take random drug tests. Now, I know they won't test for AA.S, however they do have something called an ETG alcohol test, which tests for alcohol metabolites in your system, up to 5 days from your last ingestion of them. My cycle is Test Prop and Winny. Any chance that there is alcohol in the solution that will give me a false positive for drinking? Remember, these tests do not test for alcohol itself, but detectable metabolites that can tell if your body has processed alcohol of any sort in the last 4-5 days.

A little info on how shitty/unreliable these fucking things are:

The EtG test is sensitive to the presence of any alcohol, even low-levels, and can detect alcohol in the urine several days after consumption. But the test is so sensitive, it can produce a positive test for ethyl glucoronide from the mere exposure to alcohol that is present in many daily use products.
The EtG test came under scrutiny when a significant number of people, who insisted they had abstained from drinking alcohol, failed the test. SAMHSA used many of those protested cases to research the accuracy of the EtG test and determine the cause of the false positives.


What Causes False Positives?
According to SAMHSA's research, positive EtG tests can result from the use of hand sanitizers, medications, hygiene products, cosmetics, foods and other products that contain even small levels of alcohol. People can test positive for alcohol consumption after being exposed to laundry detergent, antiperspirant, aftershave and even hair spray

It is possible, just say that you use hand sanitizer but have truly abstained from drinking alcohol...the test is unreliable at best.

JMO, but supervised probation I would not fuck with anything,,,not asking any questions,, but you got busted for somthing, I would suck it up and wait it out... 1 alcohol pad on the table and you may be bringing unwanted pressure depending on who sees it.. I may be over cautious, but i would keep low and clean as a nun..

What brand is your t.est? Ethyl oleate is a metabolite from alcohol and is used in certain brands of t.est p.rop to make it painless. I doubt yours has it, but its worth a check.

Yeah...I don't think I can post my "brand" on here. I guess my question is do most injectable oil based steroids contain alcohol? It doesn't seem like an oil based test prop would have alcohol, as alcohol/oil don't make a homogenous mixture.

What about Winstrol? Winstrol is water based right? Seems like it COULD have alcohol in it. Somehow, I can't see alcohol in any injectable, it just sounds like it would be a bad idea to put any amount of alcohol in an IM injection, but I could be 100% wrong too. Let me know any thoughts, I'd like as much info as possible.

Bro you are good. I was in a pilot for a drug testing that was claiming to test alcohol metabolites for upto a week (drug court pilot) needless to say people were failing for cough syrup etc etc, but i was on juice and never failed. Supervised probation sucks. Goodluck bro
