ok guys starting my 1st cycle today
doing qv eq 400mg/week weeks 1-10 (mon and thurs shots)
winny 50mg eod 25 amps approximately 6 weeks(starting winny week 7-13)
my diet for the 1st 6 weeks is a cup of oatmeal in the morning and protein and simple carbs from veges the rest of the day and also a metrex protein shake>19 carbs after workout
then when i start the winny im cutting out the oatmeal and following a high protein low carb diet for the rest of my cycle
i got it but some told me that clomid wouldnt be necessary at the end of this diet wat do u think? if so how do i run it..
how does this cycle look?
