i learned my lesson. i wont touch any gear or gh ever again. i dont need it. i have alwasy had an incredible physique with hard work, good diet, supplements. as i stated earlier i was trying to fast track the healing of a concussion i had, and thought the juice would give me the extra energy and cognitivity i needed to get back into the ring again, which it did the first cycle, but then it added all that extra mass i didnt want. i found after that first cycle i could train harder and better without juice, because i didnt have the emotional side effects i got fom the gear, i would get mad when someone was on a heavybag i wanted to use or when i got up for my roadwork and it was raining or snowing.... @headholio lol i know man im bad eh, well boxers in lighter weight classes live on a scale , we ideally dont want to be big and bulky. i couldnt care less how small my arms or chest got as long as when i hit the bag i get a faster harder crack or when i hit a sparring partner or opponent they stagger back...
ok so the summary of all this is that if i cut a bit of my calories out and up my intensity of training i will be able to catabolize some of this mass then?
