I see a lot of guys in the gym working in out especially doing cardio with thier sweaters on. I was wondering if this was a way to help increase body temperture so you can burn fat more easily. And will sitting in the sauna for 15 mins before cardio help raise your metabolic rate? I mean exercise helps to raise your metabolic rate and your body perspires as a way to cool down. But i am not sure if sitting in a sauna or wearing layers have any effect on raising your metabolism. I hope you all understand my question.
