Will an inferior posterior deltoid lead to shoulder injuries?

I have been looking in the mirror and can definitely tell my left rear delt is almost non-existant - especially compared to my nice full right delt.

Doing dips and bench KILLS my shoulder.

I can dumbbell snatch with it all day long.

Would the lack of delt cause the instability leading to my pain?

I keep hearing about AC sprain. Arnold press is another extremely aggrivating exercise.

I've been trying to strengthen my rotator cuff - but I can feel its solid and I can deadlift >350. Bench isn't even at 5 reps at 200.

I would say there is something going on with your form. You should video all your upper body work, from front, back, and sides to check it out. Then set yourself up for a compound routine, like the SL 5x5, in order to help balance your physique.

Ok - I'll try to get a training partner and video tape them. I'm staying off benching and pressing for a bit though. Most likely do cardio and stretching routines for a bit
