hammer strength high rows or pulldowns
t-bar rows
db shrugs
zero gravity shrugs (?) what are these...do you go up in the space shuttle and bring some dbs with you or what's the deal
cool. hold a db in between your legs since you don't have a chain. i didn't mean to correct you about your workout, it just pains me when i see people doing lat pulldowns ahead of pullups.
40 minutes cardio on the elliptical then pecs, lats and abs today.
I have heard you shouldn't do cardio & lift on the same day but i dont give a shit, i have more than enough mass. And im not making 2 trips to the gym and taking 2 showers.
Because i am far too worn out from lifting to do cardio afterwards. I've tried it before and couldn't do it for more than 10 minutes or so. Besides, the cardio warms up the muscles before you lift, so that is another added benefit.
