first day at a new gym so it took time to figure out where the hell everything is! also missed the last few days so I tried to make all days up by mixing and matching exercises and body parts. needless to say it was a wasted workout. I couldn't even do cardio do to my legs still being in major pain from last week.
tomorrow I'll make up for it though.
what you need to be thinkin is
weighted pullups
bb rows
hammer strength high rows or pulldowns
t-bar rows
db shrugs
zero gravity shrugs (?) what are these...do you go up in the space shuttle and bring some dbs with you or what's the deal
