Incorporating fasted cardio into my workouts

I’m looking to add in some fasted cardio into my workouts
been reading up on some of the logs on different forums and it seems like there’s many different options
my situation is this I like to work out four times a week and do about 15 minutes of weight training
my workouts are either around 8:00 am or I work out after work around 5:00 pm
based on my schedule how would you do the fasted cardio for best results

Hello .
I’ve been doing fasted cardio .
I just wake up , get my self ready and head to the gym for my cardio session .
That simple .

and to continue the fat burning effect , I try and stay fasted till around mid day .
I’m easily getting a 16 hour fast in that way .
Mind you , I go a second time to the gym everyday .for weights and more cardio

i would weight train and do cardio fasted. which you do first is up to you and you can always switch it around.

the only situation where i wouldn't train fasted is if you were straight power lifting because in that case you want glycogen in those muscles and you don't want to be flat.. otherwise training fasted is the way to go
