lets me get a lil different angle on my traps, i want the full diamond

i did the hammer strength last week, wanted to switch it up some

i was debating on bb rows instead, but i like the stretch of db

i dont have a chain to do weighted pull-ups

cool. hold a db in between your legs since you don't have a chain. i didn't mean to correct you about your workout, it just pains me when i see people doing lat pulldowns ahead of pullups.
 
I'm not...I'm going home and playing baseball with my daughter.....the season is coming....I have to get her ready for coach's pitch.
 
40 minutes cardio on the elliptical then pecs, lats and abs today.

I have heard you shouldn't do cardio & lift on the same day but i dont give a shit, i have more than enough mass. And im not making 2 trips to the gym and taking 2 showers.

Because i am far too worn out from lifting to do cardio afterwards. I've tried it before and couldn't do it for more than 10 minutes or so. Besides, the cardio warms up the muscles before you lift, so that is another added benefit.
