LOL! that cop is a dick bag. He was dropping the F bomb left and right and then when he found out that boy had a camera in the car he would not say the word "pissed off"..LOL

yep........you could hear the fucker hitch when the kid said there was video running. The cop tried to keep the upper by saying "my body mic will tell something different"...........to which I would have said, "how is that possible?" Cop definitely started blustering about after that...........then finally became more concilatory........haha, what a fuck. And if you look at that story more, you'll see a link to a story from a year prior when that kid ran into the SAME SHIT while at a DUI roadblock. Had tape running then too.............makes me think it's a good idea. The kid completely complied with the officers requests until they asked what he was doing.......to which he said I'm not discussing my personal life with you...........to which he was then ordered out of the car based on his "non compliance to be interviewed". What the fuck?? So we're obligated now to give a detailed synopsis of what we're doing for the whole night? maybe an tip tick? god damn

what he needs is to find another proffession, because he's clearly not competant in the one he chose. I really hope that video put that cop on administrative leave "at the least". Yeah the guy needs a vacation...........a long one, at the bottom of a deep well.

Not going to fix a thing, that entire township is ran from top to bottom like that. The only reason the 'chief' even put him on leave is all the publicity...

That copy should be drug out and shot, he abused his badge. He had no probable cause and he harassed a citizen, one of the citizens that entrusted their safety to him.

what would you have done in that situation.
you would've been like "yes sir, no sir" and explained what you were doing in the parking lot. and the cop would've gone about his way and you would've sat in the parking lot.

My mother lives in that little township...

When I was a teenager I got tickets from those fucking retards like 10 or 11 times.

They are the worst 'speed trap' I've ever known. They are seirously right off the highway and pull everyone over for going 32 in a 30..... it's insane. Fucking kangaroo court setup they have too..

My parents have a house in a town like that - the village constables would give out tickets like Halloween candy until a lawyer became the village mayor. LOL - turns out the constables could not legally give out tickets - one large lawsuit later most people received their ticket money back.

Now they just have all way stops signs at every single intersection - I'd rather get a ticket then drive through there every day.
