My right Bicep. No matter what i do, Fucker just won't respond. Its like some one took away my bicep and attached some one else's bicep to my body.
 
I used to think it was my arms, but have since changed my routine and am seeing new growth. Now I would have to say my legs. I should probably start measuring them from time to time again, but it seems they haven't grown much in quite some time. I work the fuck outta them too.

Hypothesis: bodybuilders with well developed shoulders have underdeveloped pecks and vice versa ????

reason: maybe because the shoulders aid on their chest pressing movements...?
 
I just started something new in my calve routine. I have always used full range of motion, but I noticed that I used to push up from the balls of my feet and then roll up on my toes. I noticed alot of stress on the balls and toe area of my feet. Well lately I have completely changed my form. I now focus on pulling my heels up flexing hard at the top and try not force the weight up using the balls of my feel or pushing up on my toes. I flex my calves to bring the weight up focusing on moving my heels straight up. I get a excellent contraction this way. I try to explode the weight up hold at the peek contraction and resist on the way down...it hurts.
 
my calves used to be so small i couldn't even see them. Then I started using doggcrap's method for calves and now a few months later my calves have blown up, they look like my biceps.. and I only do 1 set of 1 exercise, haha.
 
apparently most people here cant get bi's or forearms but im the opposite, i have popeye forearms and decent bi's. the problem with me is my traps, they refuse to fucking grow no matter what. it sucks because traps are some of the muscles that really make you look big. to everyone with traps...i hate you.

too funny dude.......i was with you all the way till the traps part! my forearms are really big for a guy my size and my traps are insanely huge...like ten times the size of all my other muscles for some reason. i think that is the main reason people think i am bigger than i am. forearms and traps convey that big powerful look. plus i got a pretty big chest and back. but i'll be damned if my tri's will not grow! my left tri seems as if it is not even there! it is pissing me off big time. as well, by mid/upper back makes my lats look small. having little tri's and lagging lats, and holding too much fat on the lower abs is fine with me though........i'll keep my big traps/midback/chest and forearms instead. :)
 
Calves... and chest is a close second. They both grow.. but incredibly slow! I've tried several different approaches to each of them, I can make them sore as a mutha, but it's like they don't repair properly or somethin. Who the hell knows.
 
:mad: My legs were the slowest, until I injected in them. Now it's my arms, but, my chest always reponds great, so I'm the guy walking around the gym with the BROAD chest and little arms.:confused: :mad: I'll fix that in November though.:D
 
Start doing low reps for calves I mean like 5 reps or less a set. Alot of people do way too many reps for calves and they get crazy pumps but no growth.


Multiple sets of low reps for calves will get them growin'
 
calves, calves and fucking calves again. I pound the shit out of them for five years now- results: zero!!!

I tried every routine, ranging from incredible weight/low reps to painful volume sessions and nothing makes those fuckers grow. My first show will be in less then three weeks and Í know I´ll be ashamed of my calves.
 
Three weeks after a cycle, my dick grows the slowest! :(

Other times, was always my biceps, but I know I was overtraining them. When I reduced my training of them to once/week from twice /week last cycle, they grew an inch, from 18 to 19". Still at my size/thickness, they should be at least 20. No, 21. No, 23!!!!! AGGGGHHH! I can't get big enough!!!!!!
 
Goddamned Chest

My arms grow fine, I look at my legs and they grow. My back and traps....well I've stopped training them because they are so insanely out of proportion, when I met my girlfriend and we danced for the first time she said, " Jesus, what are these softballs up here", as she felt my traps. Of course in spite of my torturous assault on my pecs they just barely fuckin' grow. The bigger my arms and traps get the stupider it looks, I'm ready to start pumping olive oil into the mother fuckers!!!!:mad:
 
Hey bros just a tip for all you guys who have problems with your calves. Running did more for my calves than weight training ever did. After running seriously for 8 months (where I became a stick) at up to 30 miles per/week I got into training heavy again this summer and now I am so proud of my calves.

Try throwing some running into your cardio if you already haven't.
 
my arms are so fucked up! My tricep is hella strong and thick and my bicep is the smallest part on my body. Ive been destroying them for years and they are some hard gaining motherfuckers. This last cycle Ive been injecting everything i have in them. lol. I had to stop injecting sust into them because it felt like they where going to fall off. Anyway by injecting directly into them Ive gained 1/2 " from scar tissue. lol. I will take it how I can get it.
 
Upper leg.

Can't seem to get these fuckers to grow.

Hardest thing on the upper body is forearms.

Legs are by far the hardest.

Doesn't matter if I work them 3 times a week, or once a week. Super-heavy or high rep, or a combo of the two. They grow VERY slow.

I almost look like one of the Justice League cartoon guys. My upper body is fine, my calves are big, but my upper leg isn't.

I hate my calves and legs! :evil:

I had to run like that in the Army(82nd) and we where doing an average of about 24 miles a week and even though that was the strongest my legs had ever been they where also the smallest.

the priciple of training your muscle through each natural pathway of movement it has and not doing more than 1 exercise per specific plane of movement


example:

Chest

it can push at an incline and flex ( incline press)
it can push at a slight decline and flex ( slight decline bench or machine)
it can hug ( cable flys)

done!
 
My chest is a pain in the ass. I have to work it 2x as hard to get it to grow at 3/4 the rate, and that's if I'm lucky. It's really been a pain in the ass since I started lifting, but I think it might actually be comming around.
 
My quads have come a long way, but they still don't look big. They are developed real high above my knee. But when I get on the leg press and put 7 or 8 plates on each side, people are amazed. Damn those genetics.
 
My schlong hasn't grown since puberty... Thats a part of your body right?

As far as my muscles I think my legs would be it. I have chicken legs. But hopefully I'm just not working them right.
 
My weiner! I've been trying to get it past 7 1/2" for as long as I can remember now. Must be a hard gainer.

Glad theres a boat load of other bros' who's chest is hard as fuck to grow. The weight I push up for chest is almost 3-4 times less then every other bodypart, and they just dont fucking grow. Im gonna start training chest 2x a week, going fucking nuts.
 
Definantly calves for me. I've been training them for years, using dirrent methods and routines like crazy, but nothing seems to work! I'm desperate enough to make them grow that along with this coming cycle I'll be using Sytherol from Sythetek in my calves. I can't imagine how bad that shit is gonna hurt....

Same here. No matter what I do, I can make my calves tight as hell, but th ey wont increase in size no matter what kind of hell-fest I put them through :worried:
 
offering trade of ridiculously huge calfes ( former fat guy ) for some wider shoulders (piss poor genetics) any takers? :)
 
calves, but are coming along now, around 16.5, took for freaking ever to get them where they are. strong as all hell, but smaller

Ha! Im looking for this same trade, I guess my big legs/calves came from being a former fatty myself. Ill trade 19" calves for some 19" arms :)
 
For me its my forearms, due to genetics they are not great, working them often but slow slow gains. but my biceps are good just over 15 inch not bad for my size/frame.

And trust me i use full range of motion no half reps. Guess its just something to keep working on.
 
Chest grows SO slow. I work every other body part once a week and have no real problem with them growing, used to work chest twice a week to catch up, but figured "if everything grows off once a week, im overtraining chest". I still get it sore as fuck every time. Im keeping it to 12 sets of flat bench, incline hammerstrength (helps with that crease at the top) and pecdec or flys, 4 sets each. Decline fucks my right shoulder up all the time, as do dips. Fuck decline. Traps are slow too, but i will try lighter weight and high reps, they might respond better to the halacious pump more tham weight.

Back grows the best with minimal effort. It seems the less i work the muscle (back and tris) the bigger they get!

Best way that works for me, well i have a few!
1- superset any seated raises with a standing raise. super slow reps on the seated set. and hit em high in the 20 rep range. Burns like hell do 4 sets (if u can) standing set,heavy as hell, 4-8 reps.
2- 80 reps in 3mins? get your training buddy to time you. use a weight that is your 10 rep max. keepin strict form, try and get to 80 reps in under 3 mins!! THIS HURTS LIKE HELL and you get sum pump!!
3- after all this, walk on a treadmill @ the highest incline possible @ a slow pace for about 5 mins.

'do this twice a week' and watch em grow, cause they will!!
 
Everything keeps on growing fine here the past 10 years, calves, forearms
and biceps are great too, but I voted for chest. Not because it's small, but
because the lower and upper part are way out of proportion.
Lower part is really thick like a 20 pound steak, but upper part is thin like
paper.. Sucks bigtime. Got my focus only on upper chest right now. Hope I'm
able to get back into proportion fast :-)

chest and my left arm, i was a tennis stud years back with a 130mph serve and my right shoulder and arm has such an edge. chest looks the motherfucking same as it did a year ago imo, it gets stronger but man it frustrates me
