Which gives better gains 1Testosterone/4AD or 1AD/4AD?

I am wondering which stack will give me better gains, I have heard 1AD/4AD is really good, but I was wondering if you get the same or better results with 1Testosterone/4AD. This is the first time ever using any type of Prohormones, or steroid like substances, otherwise it has been a steady diet of protein and veggies, along with creatine. I have only been training for about 11 months, and just twice a week, upper body one day and lower body another. I only work out at home on a bench i bought for 50 bucks at wal-mart, never been to a gym, I started at 165lbs. I am in good shape right now, I weigh 195lbs, but I would like to get up to or past 225-230 I want to hit this goal in nine months.

ANY INPUT WOULD BE EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!!

I wouldnt take prohormones yet... Give yourself more time to develop naturally then maybe hit a cycle in the summer... As far as which is better, I would lean towards the 1ad... 1T would work but I think youll have to take a bit more... the 1MIT is also good byself but if your going to use a methylated hormone you might as well take a well-tested steroid.

I'd wait 4 months, then do an 8 week cycle of 1-test at 500mg a day.

I think i have developed quite a bit naturally, 195lbs at 5'9'', thats a pretty damn good size I think. I just want to know which is more bang for your buck. As I said i know 1AD is good, and less stressful on the liver, but has anyone ever stacked 1test with 4AD and what have your results been.

Dude, if you want the strongest hormone you can buy otc then go buy some m1t. m1t=methyl 1-testosterone. This stuff is STRONG and is in fact a legit steroid that do certain non-legal issues is available over the counter. Do not take more than the max recommended dosage of this stuff and do NOT use it for longer than 4 weeks. In fact, if you are going to use it order some nolvadex and clomid online for the pct=post cycle therapy and read up on this stuff if you really want the most bang for your legal buck. Stack that with 4ad and watch the gains come. If you just use 1-ad and 4ad that is a great stack to from what I hear, but you definitely need to at least have 2 bottles of 6-oxo for pct or you may lose your gains. If you pct properly you should keep most if not all your gains.
