Where do you Put Your Feet When You Do Your Bench

I put mime on the end of the bench is this wrong? I don't arch my back or anything but I just feel more confortable when I put my knees up and my feet on the end of the bench.

What about ya'll?

Oh I only use dumbbells when I bench btw.

Most recomendations regarding putting your feet anywhere other than the floor is designed to limit you from arching your back.
I don't have an arching problem so my feet are on the floor.
I don't know any issues with having your feet anywhere in particular other than the arching issue to get your legs/back out of the lift..

feet go square on the floor shoulder width (approx) and hard down. a crowbar couldn't pry my feet off the floor when I bench.

I've always believed it's best to firmly plant your feet on the ground about shoulder width apart and then even push your feet down to tap into as much power for the movement as possible.

I like to put my feet on the ground. I feel if you put them anywhere else, you take a chance on losing your balance.
