My shoulders just blew up after I started lifting. Before they were tiny and made my head look big, after a few months there was a noticable change.

They always grew fast, now I just dropped the back support and the weights came down A LOT. When I do seated OHP like this, the only place I feel it is lower back. My goal is to get my back to be to par with my shoulders, so I can use the same weights without back support. :)

I wish my chest would grow as fast as my shoulders ...

my squat and conventional deadlift are about 10 lbs apart. 355 and 345 respectively, with my bench trailing along at 295.

so....just shy of 1000 total. 995.
