My shoulders just blew up after I started lifting. Before they were tiny and made my head look big, after a few months there was a noticable change.
They always grew fast, now I just dropped the back support and the weights came down A LOT. When I do seated OHP like this, the only place I feel it is lower back. My goal is to get my back to be to par with my shoulders, so I can use the same weights without back support.
I wish my chest would grow as fast as my shoulders ...
