deadlift for me I pulled 255 from the floor no chalk or anything
then its squats ass to floor with 235 for reps. ive added about 50lbs or better to these to lifts since september before that I was on a break for roughly 8 months, started with 185 for one on deads in sept and 170 for one in squats

deadlifts for sure

not sure what my incline is....last time i did those it was 325 and that was earlier this year...wonder where they are now?? LOL tb

That is odd. If you can press 405 overhead, your incline should be in the 500 lb range. Overhead is a much harder movement for the human body than incline, because with incline there is a shorter range of motion and you can use more muscles, including the same muscles that would allow you to do the overhead press. Why do you think that is?

i knew that would get confused. i meant overhead shoulder presses with 405. i venture to guess that i would be able to handle 350 or more if i maxed. tb

in terms of bodyweight 430 bench at 217...totally raw - no shirt or wrist wraps

Dude, when I get home, I gotta get a bunch of your shirts & stuff!

TOO COOL!

"If the bar ain't bendin, then you're just pretending!"

I love it!

I would have to say deadlift for sure. I just pulled 205 last week at 110 lbs. bodyweight. It probably doesn't sound like much to anyone who has trained hard for awhile, but I've never lifted that much before -- and I just switched to powerlifting within the last two months. So it's a work in progress! =)
