Can any1 give me a ball park figure of how many grams of carbs we should be consuming per lb of lbm to gain clean muscle.I have heard 2.5 grams per lb is a good starting point?I figure Id times this by what I weigh now and try to split it in my first 4 meals wich are berfore 6pm and I should be on a good start to gain some good lean mass?I have all protein needs in check but just need to tweak the carbs a bit more to see better lean gains.Can any1 help me out here with some numbers will send K your way.
