Nothing special with my name. I couldn't think of anything so I used a street name and 1025 is my first daughter's birth date.

They began improving parts of downtown Tacoma a long time ago when UW branch went in there. The Chihuly Bridge of Glass went in, a bunch of his stuff was put on display also in the old union station. They did a bunch of "improvements" to my old neighborhood, which was probably the best area of T-town (University Place - technically became it's own incorporated city way back in mid-late 90's I think).
Tacoma is still over all a shithole though. I think they were still slowly renovating most or all of downtown. But shit, head up the hill a few blocks to K Street (name changed to Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. back in 90's - why do they always change the worst streets in any town to MLK??), and that's where you'll find your "scary" area.
Best fucking thing I ever did was to leave that place. The whole area is depressing - even the best part of Western WA (Seattle/Bellevue) is depressing. San Diego is now my home for almost the last 6 years. It was 70 degrees and sunny today...in January.

When I signed on to the net in 1998, I was on the phone with the internet co and they asked me for a user name. I was like "username?". At the time there was a video on tv that was all in blue and the girl in the video had a tattoo.
And that how my very uninteresting nick came about.
On other sites I use the nick "AllTheWhey's boetch"
