I'm interested in using creatine to help me bulk up. I'm 21 years old and I'm new to weight training and new to supplements. I've used some protein powder in the past, but all it did was mess my stomach up. A friend said that creatine is safe for the stomach. What is the best dosage that you recommend for using creatine? Should I go with 2.5 grams per week or should I go with 2.5 grams per day?
