Today was light legs :
Leg Extensions supersetted with Laying Leg Curls
5 sets 200 x 15 (slow and strict) / 5 sets 200 x 15
Leg Press supersetted with Stiff Led Deads
5 sets 7 plates each side 15 deep reps / 5 sets 225 x 15 reps.
When I do these, I go back and forth with no rest from one set to the other. After a set of quads/hams, I walk to the water fountain - gulp some water - and then start the set back over.
