whats a good routine for someone looking to maintain, maybe gain a little strength, look better and get in general better shape. I am going to start a 3x5 program te get bigger towards the end of march or beginning of april (certain things keep me from starting that now, so dont say that) but for now i want to combine cardio with high rep/low weight lifting....i want to shed some unwanted poundage in the meantime b4 i start that 3x5......any suggestions? how should i split it?
