arm pump day for me.

superset 3 bicep/tricep exercises for around 3-4 sets, reps 10-15, rests 1 minute

then 3 sets leg raises supersetted with calves

then 4 sets crunches supersetted with shrugs.

but i also wnna throw some shoulder lateral raises in there so weell see
 
Did some back squats, front squats, pullups, rows, and finished with some curls. Followed that with a shitload of chinese food.

cheat day? same but for me i just eat an extra 150 clean carbs :( oh the plight of a fattybear
 
Eh, I guess you could call it cheat. I usually eat 500 cals or so over my normal workout day diet on squats day. More like a re-feed day.

If it fits into my macros I dont give a shit what it is. But yeah, my meals usually consist of chicken, oats, etc.
 
i will be working some 20's with my bi's and working it down to zero around 10-12 times tonight

if im lucky, i'll be workin my wife too, hehe
 
Just did my back today it was great!
Did 3 set of deads,
4 sets 7-10 reps of yates rows,
3 sets 7 reps of db rows
and 3 sets of chins
