WHat the H*** is up with SESAPURE??

Started Sesapure/Glucorell R combo on April 24, 2006 and as of today I have taken the measurement around my umbilicus from 34” to 31”. For me that is totally fucking amazing. Sure I cut my calories and do my cardio but that’s the same I have been doing for years. This time very very different. And I didn’t think the stuff was working LOL I forgot to measure my umbilicus for the last 5 weeks.

Oh and I dropped 13 pounds too.

I just received my sesapure/glucorell-r/and levorex stack. Just wanted to know what the normal dosage is for these and when i should take them. I am running a high protein diet but im gonna up the carbs a bit. I was just confused on whether or not i should take all 3 of these right before i eat or in between meals and how many capsules of each i should consume a day. Im leavin for the beach in a month and a half. I have 14% body fat wanted to get down to around 9-10%, gonna be a lot of ladies there, lol. Thanks.

sesapure with/or before meals most people take 3 caps per day

glucorell before meals, 1 cap per 30-50g of carbs (dosage depends on carb intake)- though generally even with 15-20g carbs per meal take a cap prior.

Levorex 6 per day taken either in between or prior to meals

Sorry if this has been asked, but is it okay to take say 2 levorex before a meal, as well as a couple of thermorexin?
