it should not, though you appear to have a pretty high metabolism so you may need to increase cals a bit

i can do that. how many we talking though. i can probably add another 500 cals before i explode. macro i love af products, but how much is the sesapure going to help prevent cholesterol damage it is the sole purpose i am interested. i am still going to get yes and aifm regardless.

it will help maintain hdl, it will also protect liver and if you drink (which is not reccomended) it will also significantly reduce the toxicity of that.

with 2 caps per day(which is fine for your purposes), 500 cals should be sufficient to offset. though individuals are different so adjust cals up or down accordingly

I just gave a bottle to my mother, her cholesterol is through the roof! I hope this helps.....

I have a questionj about the sesapure and libido, i saw a post about it causing a loss in libido due to its effect on free test....whats the story on that? Have you had any problem with that?
